The R&D AI/ML Research Engineer translates AI/ML research into deployable, scalable software solutions that advance RENFROE®’s operational efficiency and market presence, focusing on Azure as the primary MLOPs platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and optimize AI/ML models for production, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability using MLOps principles
- Collaborate with the software development team to integrate AI solutions into existing and new product lines
- Stay abreast of advancements in AI/ML deployment technologies, especially in cloud environments, particularly Azure
- Work closely with the AI/ML Research Scientist and Data Scientist to translate research findings into deployable features
- Ensure that AI/ML implementations are robust, secure, and compliant with industry regulations
- Be a core contributor to researching ideas with the goal of expanding the company’s AI-driven product lines
- Lead the technical aspects of AI/ML product development, from initial design to deployment and ongoing support
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or related fields
- At least 3 years in AI/ML engineering, with a significant focus on Azure MLOps
- Proficiency in Python, ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), and extensive Azure experience.
- Familiarity with software development practices, CI/CD, and scalable Azure architecture.
