Physically split between two facilities in Irving, TX and Birmingham, AL but digitally fused using state-of-the-art networking and call routing technology, the CCSC can function as one operational center or be segmented as separate operating units, even within individual facilities. We have a capacity of 103 desks across the two facilities, and each location is furnished with private offices, meeting rooms, and employee break rooms. Both facilities are located close to major airports and plenty of hotel options.
