Although mitigation of damage plays a large and important role in any disaster response, those of us who serve in this industry know that the priority must also be the people - the people who have suffered loss and the people who are dedicated to helping them recover. Guiding people who are emotionally distressed through the process of disaster recovery in a fair and honest way takes a special combination of knowledge, skill and caring. E. A. Good service starts with good management in the field. Our managers have all come up through the ranks, having the technical expertise and wisdom gained through years of experience, managing hundreds of field personnel and countless numbers of projects. Many members of our field teams have been with us since the beginning, working together on many different kinds of disasters. As we have added new faces, quality and consistency have been maintained through education, on-the-job training, mentoring and close monitoring of each person's commitment to personal service. Everyone on our team is focused on the same goal - to provide our clients with the highest possible level of service.
