E. A. Renfroe & Company® recruits top quality insurance claim adjusters and associates to fulfill the expanding needs of our business and our clients. Claims handling is a people business, so people skills are a must. Good computer skills are also required. Lastly, a Resident Adjuster License or Designated Home State Adjuster License (if you live in a non-licensing state) is required. Please note that you are permitted to work for RENFROE if you currently hold an active Agent/Producer License or Public Adjuster License, but you may not use your deployment position with RENFROE’s clients to advance your book of business or generate future insurance sells.

In order to begin the application process, you must first register on the RENFROE Portal. Clicking on the icon below will take you to the portal, where you can create a new RENFROE Portal account. After you have followed the steps to create an account, you will be able to log in to the RENFROE Portal and complete an employment application. If someone on our team has referred you to us, please be sure to list that person's name under the Business References section of your application, and enter RENFROE employee for their occupation.

Please note that you will be required to enter your Resident or Designated Home State Adjuster license information to submit your application. After we receive and review your application, we will contact you to complete the process. Please allow up to two weeks for your application to be processed. If you have not been contacted by us within two weeks, please feel free to contact us for a status update on your application.
